This
unit has to be mounted on the wall and is protected by a rugged
enclosure that weathers the most ruthless of climatic conditions.
In addition to stamping the date, time and ID. onto the Touch-Token
when connected by the Probe, it is also equipped with an audio-visual
alarm to ensure successful operation.
- Program
the Unit and Tokens to a distinctive password and vehicle registration
number through the supplied software on a PC. Affix the Touch-Token
on respective vehicles.
- Establish
contact between the Probe and the Token.
- Generate
various security reports on the PC,including printouts. Alternatively
use Base Unit to print records of each Token, thus eliminating
the use of a PC.
The
Stationary model : When a Token is touched, this battery operated
device transfers the date and time, Location ID from unit to token
. It instaneously reads data from token and allows the user to enter
certain details like trip code, route code, material code and other
necessary details so that these details are carried by the vehicle
through the token to the next destination .
At
destination, the token is read and all data of the token is transferred
to a PC to compute total miles covered, time taken, the net weight
of material it carried and the fuel consumed through software for
payment to vehicle owners or contractors.
Ideal
for un-manned operations where fixed inputs are to be recorded and
transferred to PC.
Each
Truck or vehicle in the organization is mounted with tiny electronic
Read & Write silicon chip (Token), sealed in a water-resistant stainless
steel tamperproof enclosure, of the size of a button cell. Data
in the Token may consist of Vehicle ID-number, its weight, and other
