PC-LOCK is a low cost highly secured revolutionary device indigenously designed which prevents the unauthorised use of your computer. As all of us are aware that after computerisation, a lot of paper work is reduced but at the same time there is a fear of data security. A simple command like del *.* is enough to make you cry, because it is not practical to take backup daily, every hour or every minute. But now you will be relieved of all this fear once you have installed the PC-LOCK. How it works ? Each valid user has a valid token (A button fixed to a key chain with a size and shape of a 50 paise coin). Whenever the user wants to use the computer he inserts his token in the token slot. Once the token is detected the PC will boot, now till the time the token is in the slot the user can use the machine. Once the token is removed the security device will give audible warning and will shut off the computer after 5 seconds. Even you can install it. The PC-LOCK device is of the size of a 3 ½" floppy drive. Fix PC-LOCK card in place of floppy drive and connect it to the motherboard of the PC. The power supply to the PC is routed through PC-LOCK. The installation is over. A small manual will help you in programming your tokens.
