When installed with supplied software, the mouse creates and stores a fingerprint impression on workstation/server that can be compared later for verification. A light on the mouse turns red when it's reading your fingerprint. Verification typically takes less than a second. Once verified successfully, the software permits you to carry further actions like running applications etc.. You can use your fingerprint as Password thus eliminating need to remember passwords while accessing PCs.It works with any Windows 95/ 98 system that supports the Parallel port (ECP or EPP), PS/2 port.
