THE ORGANIZATION
Print Electronics, was set up in 1987, as a proprietary concern with the prime objective of designing and developing Industrial Electronic Equipments suitable for Indian conditions. Soon Print Electronics became a trusted name in Time & Attendance Recorders as the products were manufactured with precision and were passed through stringent quality control checks. This System proved to be an effective tool to the Management who gradually believed that performance is the key to competitive success. In the current changing scenario at National level, where major thrust is being given on the effective and optimum utilization of Human Resources, our system came handy as a strategic tool to the Management for Manpower. The users could achieve cost competitiveness, which is a MUST for Survival, Growth and Profitability of any business organization.

As a result of this growing realization, our System is now successfully operating in over 3000 small and big corporate offices all over the country and abroad. This towering accomplishment was the inspiration for the formation of a Pvt. Ltd. Company from a proprietary concern. Thus Print Electronics Equipments Pvt. Ltd., was registered on 24th January 1994 under the Indian Companies Act. Print Electronics Equipments Pvt. Ltd., is a professionally managed Company with manufacturing activities based at Mumbai and Research and Development wing also located at Mumbai. The Plant is fully equipped with the latest test and design equipment.

The Company has total employee strength of 150 personnel. A fleet of 40 field engineers is always on the move to provide effective support to the users in time. A strong team of young, qualified and dedicated work force is working shoulder to shoulder for furthering the objectives of the Company. To support this task force there is acumen of the Management having business and administrative experience of more than 2 decades behind them.

The Company has an impressive satisfied client list which includes Multi National Corporations and Business Houses like TATA, BIRLA, MAFATLAL, JINDAL, NESTLE, PFIZER, ABB, P & G, ESCORTS, APOLLO TYRE, J.K. TYRE, etc. Even State and Central Govt. undertakings have pinned their faith in our System. The list includes Hindustan Zinc (A Govt. of India Undertaking), at Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh & Orissa, National Thermal Power Corporation, Jhanor (A Govt. of India Enterprise), Indian Oil Blending (A subsidiary of India Oil Corporation Ltd.), Bharat Petroleum Corporation (A Govt. of India Enterprise), Gujarat Electricity Board, Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals, Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation, Indian Airlines Ltd., Southern Railways (S&T Workshop, Podanur) & Western Railways (DME Workshop, Vatva) etc. We are proud that almost every user has been placing repeat orders on us for their additional requirement of Attendance Recorders. This itself speaks about technical superiority and satisfactory level of performance of our system. This list includes Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Asea Brown Boveri, Alembic Chemicals Works, Glaxo India, Core Healthcare, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Vadilal Industries, Gujarat Ambuja Proteins, Tata Telecom, Sumul Dairy, Tata Chemicals, Ambuja Cement, Gujarat Heavy Chemicals, J.K. Industries, Pesticides India, Hindusthan Zinc etc. The activities of the Group are operated from Mumbai, Delhi, Jamshedpur, Baroda, Pune, Nagpur, Bangalore, and Chennai with back-up agents in Goa, Hyderabad, Calcutta and Indore. The Group has also spread its network in USA and Mauritius, and is fast capturing the markets in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and Middle East countries. We have also tied up with companies in Switzerland and Ireland for marketing of our state of the art attendance recorders, access control systems etc. and are in the process of appointing dealers in other European countries as well. Technical and professional entrepreneurs having experience of approximately 25 years in the business field own the company. The sales for the year 1998-99 was US$1 million and the projected sales for the year 1999-2000 is US$2.5 million . Print Electronics has now come to be recognized as a TRENDSETTER in manufacturing of Time & Attendance Recorders with the latest technologies like Bar-code, Optical (Infra- Red), Magnetic, Touch-Token, RFID and Finger Print Identification technology that goes into them. The Company also offers Intelligent Access Control devices suitable for sensitive and restricted entry areas like in Banks, Stores, Laboratories, Chemical Plants etc. and is all set to take a giant leap into the ensuing century.

The net worth of the group is over Rs. 150 Million. Group activities include CAD software development by Software Options, Color Separation and Image processing by Neo Graphics and Rainbow Scanning, Offset and Screen Printing, Manufacturing I.D. Cards etc.by ElectroPrints.
