A smart card (contact or contact less) inserted into Verismart, requests user to place the registered finger on the fingerprint reader for instant verification. Once verified or rejected, the unit displays results by Indicator or message. Upon verification, the unit may store additional information on card or unit or both through keypad for subsequent transfer to PC for further processing.
